Step 2 - Add Phoenix CRM Support to Your Contacts in your Phone

Meet Your Support Button

Once you log in, locate your yellow SUPPORT button in the top right corner of your CRM.

This will house your tutorials, onboarding, text to chat number and more.

Download the Lead Connector Mobile App

This allows you to use your CRM on the go.

• Search Lead Connector

• Tap Install

iPhone (iOS)

• Open App Store

• Search Lead Connector

• Tap Get

Then:

Open the app and log in using your Phoenix CRM email and password.

New User Activation Calls are held on Tuesdays at 10:00amCST

We will cover all of the onboarding steps as well as hold a short Q&A session to ensure everyone is able to utilize their system properly. This is not a mandatory call but, you must register to attend.
