1. Scroll down to Email (2-way Sync) > Connect your business email
2. Click Update Availability to save
On the left you will see Signature
1. Toggle ON the box that says "Enable signature on all outgoing messages"
2. Create your email signature

3. Click Update Profile to save
1. Scroll down to Calendar Settings
2. Click Add New and Connect ALL calendars that you want the CRM to book + view available slots on. (Example: If you use both a business and personal calendar and want your CRM to check your personal calendar for unavailable slots you would want to connect both your business AND personal calendar)
⚠️ Apple/iCal Calendar Users: You will not be able to connect your calendar using your normal password.
Please follow these instructions:
iCal Password Instructions:
1. appleid.apple.com
2. Sign In
3. Click on "App Specific Passwords"
4. Click the + sign and create a new password for the CRM
⚠️This step is only necessary if you use video meetings providers such as ZOOM for your appointments.
1. Inside of the Calendar Settings section click on Video Conferencing
2. Click Add New
3. Connect your video meeting platform
1. Scroll down to Schedules
2. Set the hours that you would like to be available for apppointments
3. Click Update Availability
