To edit your credit card information navigate to:
Settings > Billing > Payments > Click on the Pencil Icons to edit the card number, billing information, or tax information.
Your monthly subscription and phone usage are billed separately. Phone usage is covered by a prepaid wallet located in Settings → Billing > Wallets & Transactions. When your wallet balance reaches $0, it automatically reloads $10 so your service isn’t interrupted.

Account Cancellation Procedure
Navigate to Settings > Billing > Payments
Essential Users: Click Cancel
Agent + Agency Users: Determine if your contract length has been met.
Find the very first payment you made > Agent packages should have 3 subscription payments made > Agency packages should have 12 subscriptions made.
If your contract length has been fulfilled you can text the support line to cancel.
